Integrity Coatings Inc provides mobile abrasive blasting and protective coating services for oil and gas facilities, storage tanks, pipelines and wastewater infrastructure across Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Our field crews support new construction, maintenance, shutdowns and repair scopes with surface preparation, coating application and inspection-focused quality control.
Safety and quality are built into every project. Our SECOR program, confined-space and rescue capabilities, and NACE CIP Level 3-qualified personnel support work from surface preparation through final inspection. Each scope is planned around site requirements, shutdown schedules and manufacturer procedures.

Mobile abrasive blasting for field and facility work. Our equipment includes 375 CFM mobile blast units, a bulk blast pot supplied by a 1,600 CFM compressor with air dryer, and a VecLoader for abrasive recovery and site cleanup.

Field-applied pipeline and girth-weld coating services for construction, maintenance and repair scopes. Capabilities include Sherwin-Williams PipeClad 5000 for CSA Z245.30 work, along with experience applying SPC, Denso and Canusa systems.

Protective coating application for piping, structural steel, skids and operating facilities. We support new construction, maintenance and shutdown work using epoxy, urethane, CUI and other specified industrial coating systems.

Surface preparation and coating for tank internals, externals, roofs and appurtenances. Our tank coating work is supported by an API 653-certified inspector and NACE CIP Level 3-qualified personnel. Field crews apply conventional and plural-component lining systems for new construction, rehabilitation and maintenance projects.

Wastewater lining and rehabilitation for manholes, wet wells and lift stations. We apply Sherwin-Williams Dura-Plate 6000, a 100%-solids reinforced epoxy for concrete and steel, where high-build protection and efficient return-to-service scheduling are required.

Inspection-focused quality control is built into our coating work. NACE CIP Level 3-qualified personnel support specification review, surface-preparation verification, application checks and final project documentation.

Field equipment includes 375 CFM mobile blast units, a bulk blast pot, 1,600 CFM compressor with air dryer, VecLoader, two plural-component spray pumps and airless equipment. Our mobile setup supports tank, pipeline, wastewater and shutdown scopes across Western Canada.
